Are your products handmade?
Some of our jewelry is handcrafted, including our Wire Wraps and Power Bracelets. Many other items are carefully selected from trusted sources around the world.

Where are your crystals and beads from?
Our gemstones and minerals come from worldwide vendors who specialize in quality, ethical sourcing. We buy directly from gem shows across the U.S.

Are your gemstones real?
Yes. Our stones are genuine unless clearly labeled otherwise, like man-made or glass beads.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and Mexico. USPS International Priority is recommended for insured delivery.

Can I use your products for jewelry making?
Absolutely—our beads, cabochons, and supplies are perfect for makers, crafters, and designers.

Is your silver jewelry sterling?
Yes. Our Sterling Silver collection is 925 silver. Other silver-tone jewelry is clearly labeled as plated.
