🚚 Shipping Info
We ship via USPS and UPS. Most orders leave our shop within 3–5 business days. Shipping cost depends on weight and class of service. We do not currently ship outside the U.S. except to select countries.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
If you’re not happy with your item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. You may return it within 30 days in original condition for a refund of the item price (shipping is not refundable).
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the item and shipping box. We'll handle the insurance claim and issue a refund or replacement if covered. First Class Mail is not insured.
🛍️ Local Pickup / Phone Orders
We offer local pickup for customers near Hobe Sound. Call us at 561-465-4970 to place a phone order and avoid shipping fees. If you’ve already placed an online order, we can refund shipping upon pickup.
💎 Handmade & Materials
All our Wire Wrap Jewelry and Power Bracelets are handmade. Sterling Silver collections are 925 silver. Other jewelry is silver-plated and labeled as such in product descriptions.
