Celtic Virtue Pendant. The points surrounding the center symbolize the five virtues of the pentagram - generosity, courtesy, chastity, chivalry and piety. Sir Gawain was said to have these inscribed in gold on his shield.

In the early Middle Ages, the Celtic culture thrived throughout Europe. By wearing a symbolic talisman, the Celts believed they would be in harmony with the virtue of the symbol.

Simply carved, 1-1/2" pewter pendant hangs on a slip-knotted waxed cotton cord.
Cord extends to 24".
